Project Sephora

One of the most architecturally dynamic towers in its area. Sophora at the Park resides in Coquitlam with picturesque views of the city and mountains. The envelope required custom window units of varying sizes and configurations to integrate with the staggered balcony design. KPM delivered expert installation services while maintaining airtightness and alignment across all elevations. The result: A bold, clean façade that performs as well as it looks.

What we did:

• Installed over 1,400 windows across 40 floors — all high-rise rated, tested systems
   

• Frames included continuous thermal breaks and low-E coated IGUs for energy performance

• Worked closely with engineering and field review team to align fastener and shimming details with structural tolerances
