Station Square
Completed 2020 | Located in the heart of Burnaby’s Metrotown, Station Square is a multi-tower mixed-use development featuring high-end residential units above retail and commercial space. KPM Contracting was brought on to deliver full window system supply and installation for one of the key towers in this prominent downtown hub.

Ascent
Completed 2024​ | KPM Contracting was selected to complete the full window wall system for the Ascent tower — a 31-storey residential high-rise located in the heart of Surrey’s rapidly developing Whalley district.

Austin Heights
Completed: 2024 | Mixed-Use High-Rise Tower
Austin Heights called for high-efficiency window systems to complement its all-glass façade. KPM installed over 1,000 high-performance window units, including integrated venting and thermal breaks to meet BC Step Code standards. This high-traffic commercial site required strict adherence to staging and logistics plans
Over 1,000 units installed on a full curtain wall hybrid system (with floor-to-ceiling window modules).

Sephora
Completed 2023 | 40-Storey Residential Tower
One of the most architecturally dynamic towers in the area, Sophora’s envelope required custom window units of varying sizes and configurations to integrate with the staggered balcony design. KPM delivered expert installation services while maintaining airtightness and alignment across all elevations. The result: A bold, clean façade that performs as well as it looks.

Melrose
Completed July 2024 | 25+ Storey Residential Tower
KPM Contracting supplied and installed all windows for this modern residential tower, including large-format units designed to maximize natural light and panoramic views. Our scope included precise fitting around slab edges and balcony interfaces, while meeting strict thermal and acoustic performance requirements. Coordination with site trades ensured a smooth, phased installation with zero delays.
Supplied and installed approx. 1,100 thermally broken aluminum-framed windows.
